ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Asad is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, committed to make rest available to all. They teach Restorative Yoga, a practice that shifts the nervous system from doing to being. Creating nests of total prop-support, Asad ensures every body finds the safety to release deep-seated tension, still the racing mind and be a kind witness to the heart.
