This poster illustrates a conversation I had with Rooj, my yoga teacher in Feb ’20, about her life’s journey, lessons and finding her way. I created it as a practice of moving through time to relearn and remember the lessons of those who have brought us now/here, and honor the lineages we’ve come from.
